Terms of Service
The service
FAK Cloud provides hosted websites, tools, and website templates. Accounts include 5 website slots (plus 2 template-only bonus slots), 100 MB of storage per website, and 20 deployments per day, subject to the quotas shown in the Studio.
Your content
You own the content you publish. By deploying, you grant us the technical right to store and serve it. You are solely responsible for what you publish, including compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware, phishing, or spam.
- No content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- No abuse of the platform, including attempts to bypass quotas, impersonate others, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or remove websites and accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.
Templates and third-party services
Templates that use Firebase connect to a Firebase project you control; your use of Firebase is subject to Google's terms. Template-generated apps are starting points — review their security rules before handling real user data.
Availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for data loss — keep your own backups of anything important.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
